The Customer Service Standard: Taking Customer Service to the Next Level

By on December 13, 2016

Are you a leader or manager of a customer service team who is looking to take things to the next level?  As a customer service provider, do you ever wonder how to improve your service skills and broaden your audience of clients, customers, or patrons? Well, it’s more simple than you may think. Focus on accessibility.

Together with the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario, Learnography is proud to have updated and successfully relaunched the Customer Service Standard Module. The Customer Service Standard is a training program that covers the requirements for providing customer service in ways that are accessible and accommodating to people with disabilities.

Since its redesign in January 2016, AccessForward.ca has seen over 1.4 million page views by over 57,000 users. These users are people just like you: coffee-drinking, early-rising, hard-working employers who want their business to attract more customers, who want to build customer loyalty, and who want to grow a more profitable and socially-responsible business. They want their business to be about more than just the numbers; they want it to be about the people. After completing this training session, they now know how to make their business welcoming for everyone – especially people living with disabilities.

If you think accessibility training is just what your team of customer service superstars needs, it’s not too late to take the course. Visit accessforward.ca and click on The Customer Service Standard.

Inspire others to follow your lead by looking back, so we can all look forward to an accessible Ontario.

Accessibility – it’s easier than you think.
